About

Twenty years, one promise.

Marz Innovations was founded in 2005, back when finding clients was done the analog way which meant running print ads in direct mailers that landed on every kitchen counter in town. When search engines began shaping how local services were discovered, we adapted right away, mastering SEO and clients started finding us instead.

During the recession in 2008-2012, Marzex took up residency leading marketing and communications for The Idaho Foodbank. That era proved what an all-in-one approach could accomplish: completely rebranding the organization, building a custom CMS website with integrated online donation processing, establishing transparent donor reporting, and launching key initiative funds. The campaign tripled online giving performance over previous seasons. Managing web architecture, brand identity, social channels, print media, and data systems under a single operational umbrella became the foundational concept for our enterprise model.

In 2012 Marz Innovations formally restructured as a managed services company providing marketing communications for small businesses and hotels. Think of it as an IT management model, but specifically designed for marcom. One subscription covering website architecture, content strategy, reputation management, email infrastructure, print assets, and direct technical support. Everything is handled continuously with clear pricing and zero billing surprises.

Today our service plans run through virtucom.net, our managed service line.

The company itself hasn’t changed shape at all. We remain intentionally private, referral built, and small business focused. When you work with us you communicate directly with the experts actually doing the work.

From websites to ventures.

It started as a website company, building sites for small businesses across the Mountain West, one at a time, back when “having a website” was still a decision.

Twenty years of client work taught us one thing worth keeping: small businesses don’t need more marketing. They need working systems: the site, the content, the follow-up, the boring daily machinery, running without a human chained to it. So the website company became a systems company.

Today Marz Innovations operates a service called Virtucom, our managed-services gear, and a growing family of products and ventures. Everything carries the same house rule: we build it, run it inside our own company first, and don’t put our name on it until we know it works!

The door is open.
