How Marz Innovations handles your data — including our SMS program.

Marz Innovations (“we,” “us”) builds business marketing technology, including the GuestNet guest-feedback platform and related products. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

  • Account / operator data: name, email, business details, and login credentials for operators who use our products.
  • End-guest feedback: ratings and optional comments submitted through our products’ feedback forms.
  • Contact data you provide; and basic technical logs retained briefly for security.

2. How we use information

To operate the products, route feedback, generate response drafts, send operational alerts (email and SMS) to operators, provide support, and keep the services secure. We do not sell personal information.

3. SMS / text message program

Marz Innovations operates an SMS alert program for product operators (for example, GuestNet hotel managers).

  • Opt-in: an operator opts in by entering their own mobile number in the product dashboard settings; entering the number is their consent to receive operational text alerts.
  • Message frequency varies — alerts are event-driven and sent only when a qualifying event occurs. There is no fixed schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Numbers are shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver these alerts.
  • Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with third parties, and are never shared or sold for marketing purposes.
  • Content is operational only — no marketing SMS. Opt out anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

4. AI processing

To draft responses and analyze sentiment, feedback content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) under their data terms. We do not train models on your data.

5. Sharing & retention

We share data only with service providers who help run the products, under contract, and where required by law — no sale of data. We retain data only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize it, and protect it with encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
