1. The services
Marz Innovations provides business marketing-technology products, including GuestNet, on a subscription basis to business operators.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
3. SMS alerts and consent
Our products offer optional SMS alerts to operators. By entering a mobile number in a product dashboard, you affirmatively consent to receive operational SMS at that number from Marz Innovations.
- Messages are operational alerts only — no marketing content.
- Message frequency varies with events at your account; typical volume is fewer than 10 messages per month per number.
- Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Opt out anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services, attempt to breach security, or use them for unlawful or abusive messaging. You are responsible for a lawful basis to contact any numbers you enter.
5. AI-drafted content
Response drafts are AI-generated suggestions; you review and decide what to publish and are responsible for the content you send.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marz Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
