Tech Support

Somebody that has your back.

We’re not an IT company, and we don’t pretend to be. What we are is your first call. Something’s acting up, Outlook, a printer, a mystery Windows thing: you email or text us, and we take the first best steps. Figure out what’s actually going on, fix it if it’s fixable (usually by remoting in and taking a look), and if it’s not ours to fix, tell you exactly what the next step is and who should do it. Deep Windows surgery and hardware swaps are for an IT tech. Everything short of that, we handle or point you straight at the answer.

What we do service, we service well: the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook, Exchange), Windows users and security basics, and OneDrive set up with a simple folder structure so your documents and desktop stay backed up without you thinking about it.

Help that’s there when the question hits you.

A lot of the everyday questions don’t need to wait for a human anymore. Arias, our support assistant, knows our whole setup plus the common stuff: setting up email on a new phone, printer connections, peripheral devices. It’s there whenever the question hits you.

The point is you’re never on hold with a manufacturer’s 800 number wondering if you even called the right place. You’ve got somebody who knows your setup, has your back, and gets you to the right answer without wasting your time.
